Gencoa Ltd is a specialist manufacturing engineering company located in Liverpool.
With 15 years experience, we are a recognised World Leader in the industry and maintain this status due to our in depth process know how, ongoing re-investment into the business and our employees, and a constant focus on research and development in driving product innovations.
Selling both direct and through agents/distributors, 95% of our output is exported worldwide to USA, EU, & the Far East markets, to both machine builders and end users including many blue chip house hold names. The products are used in a variety of vacuum coating processes, such as solar cell production, semi conductor processing, architectural glass coating and a variety of specialist coating applications.
Our manufacturing portfolio consists of 3 products:
- Magnetron Sputter Cathodes
- Speedflow reactive gas controllers
- IM type Linear ion sources
At our site in Liverpool the operation is R&D, Assembly and testing. Our manufacturing is aided by advanced process and simulation modelling and the designed parts are bought in or machined by approved suppliers. Each product is then assembled and comprehensively tested before shipping.
