May I take this early opportunity to thank you for your assistance in successfully recruiting an l engineer from a calibre of applicants who thoroughly tested our interview techniques and recruitment process

Recruiting the right engineer was made quite simple, due to your drive, commitment, and professionalism throughout the process.

Obviously in this present climate as a recruiting engineering manager I find some of the recruitment agencies full of bravado and false promises, so obviously when you contacted me to try and be of service I immediately became very pessimistic with regards the service you was promising.

Thankfully my initial judgement was proven totally wrong, as the standard of applicants became known. From our first collective get together to form a suitable job description through to you preparing the candidates for their initial interviews, the process was made easy compared to other companies who I have dealt with in the past.

In summary, you communicated very well on a regular bases, you was honest and up front even when you had issues and uncertainties with regards some of the applicants you had processed pre interview stage, you limited the applicants rather than continuously sending me CV’s for me to filter, you portrayed a very professional demeanour with a ‘can do’ attitude.

I write to thank you and your colleagues at Morgan Ryder for the effort in helping us to find 3 new engineering staff.

We had been using a couple of agents when we were approached by you asking us to consider using you to assist us with the search for a mechanical fitter. You presented us with a number of good candidates for interview and we have taken on one of these and he is proving to be a hard working conscientious employee.

We then wanted to employee an electrical maintenance electrician which proved a little more difficult with regard to ability and salary of some individuals. I think that you were instrumental in coming up with a way of vetting the knowledge by suggesting that we creating a number of questions candidates should be ask by yourselves before being put forward. This worked very well in ensuring we only saw candidates of the correct ability and this speeded up the process.

Again when we required a Maintenance supervisor you were well placed to come up with candidates of the correct ability quickly and we employed a capable person in this roll.

Your effort in working with us and keeping us informed regularly is very much appreciated and you showed a dedicated professional approach at all times.

If the need arises for us to employ any more staff then you and Morgan Ryder would be our choice within the engineering department.

Following the successful employment of an Engineering Technician at Polyflor, we would like to both congratulate and thank you and your team on a job well done.

The process started with you and Adam coming on site to obtain the profile and establish an accurate specification for the Engineering Technician we needed to employ. You then convinced us that we were then to trust you to interview and select three suitable candidates in the next few weeks.

We were looking for an Engineer with a wide range of technical and supervisory skills specific to our pioneering manufacturing plant and maintenance processes. We believed it would be some time before the position could be filled. We were surprised with the quality and suitability of the three candidates you selected for us to interview in such a short timescale, you obviously knew exactly who we were looking for and had been working very hard to find them.

Not all went according to plan though, one of the candidates showed you a hint of a commitment problem and you cut him from the process, that showed us that you really have your finger on the pulse and the customers best interests at heart.
