Customer Service Manager
Salary: £35k Basic Salary. Superb Benefits Package including, Company Pension, Private Medical and Company Share Options
Location: Manchester based. Ideal living location will be within 45 minutes of their Manchester facility.
Company: Operating as part of one of the largest and most well respected international manufacturing companies in the world; this global division currently operate with a turnover of 1.8 billion and has approximately 1,100 employees worldwide. The Company specialise in the manufacture and global distribution of safety products to a diverse number of industries throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. Due to an internal promotion, they can now boast an exciting and important opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join the company at a crucial stage in the organisations development.
Role: Based out of their new purpose built manufacturing office based in Manchester and reporting directly to the Distribution Sales Director, this challenging position will be responsible for the supervision, monitoring and management of a team of experienced internal sales engineers/ customer sales advisors as well as the implementation of long-term customer service strategies. Operating with a highly skilled customer focused and people orientated approach, your goal ultimately will be to ensure the smooth and effective day to day running of the internal sales operation. As Customer Service Manager, you will lead, motivate and ensure quality of standards throughout.
Person: From a manufacturing background, the successful candidate for this pivotal role within the organisation will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and motivational skills, as well as the ability to maximise individual and group performance. Proven people management skills will be crucial to this role as well as a committed and dynamic attitude.
