...I write to thank you and your colleagues at Morgan Ryder for the effort in helping us to find 3 new engineering staff.

We had been using a couple of agents when we were approached by you asking us to consider using you to assist us with the search for a mechanical fitter. You presented us with a number of good candidates for interview and we have taken on one of these and he is proving to be a hard working conscientious employee.

We then wanted to employ an electrical maintenance electrician which proved a little more difficult with regard to ability and salary of some individuals. I think that you were instrumental in coming up with a way of vetting their knowledge by suggesting that we create a number of questions candidates should be asked by yourselves before being put forward. This worked very well in ensuring we only saw candidates of the correct ability and this speeded up the process.

Again when we required a Maintenance supervisor you were well placed to come up with candidates of the correct ability quickly and we employed a capable person in this roel.

Your effort in working with us and keeping us informed regularly is very much appreciated and you showed a dedicated professional approach at all times.

If the need arises for us to employ any more staff then Morgan Ryder would be our first choice...
