Accounts Assistant

Due to significant investment, this superior manufacturer of white label products for the retail sector are continuing to grow their product range.

Their loyal and growing customer base regard them as the best provider in their industry and this is a reputation this 200-employee business are keen to keep.

The key focus of this role is to ensure the company invoices all sales on time, receives monies due on time and manages customer credit positions, to support business cashflow.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, as Accounts Assistant, key responsibilities will be to: -

• Ensure all invoices are raised for all sales channels.
• Send customer remittances and updated statements.
• Complete bank reconciliations.
• Credit control customer accounts.
• Proactively reduce the level of aged debt.
• Manage dunning process.

The successful candidate will: -

• Have experience working in an accounts position.
• Be an excellent communicator.
• Pay high attention to detail.
• Have strong Excel skills.
• Have a pro-active approach.
