£21,500 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Administrator to come and join a highly successful fleet engineering team at a global supplier of dairy products.

The main purpose of this role is to support the Engineering and Workshop managers with all administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all administrative duties
  • Booking of repairs and recall work
  • 3rd party invoicing
  • Recording and managing scheduled work
  • Processing all warranty repairs
  • Looking after the MOT compliance
  • Managing and ordering parts from suppliers
  • Ensuring all paperwork is compliant
  • Supporting internal customers
  • Attending review meetings

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in excel
  • Confident communicator
  • Previous admin experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Workshop experience preferred
