Up to £34 000pa + Optional overtime + Employer matched pension (up to 6%)

A fantastic opportunity as arisen with an international aerospace manufacturer who are seeking experienced assembly fitters for an immediate start due to increased demand.

Reporting to the Senior Production Supervisor you will be working as part of a wider team on a variety of tasks that are to be completed with precision and in a timely manner.

The Job

• Interpreting technical drawings & instructions
• Ensuring work space is clean & safe under Health & Safety rules
• Using a variety of tools, both hand & machine
• Drill, counter-sink, wet assemble rivets and other hardware.

The person

• High levels of attention to detail
• Ability to accurately follow processes and procedures
• Strong Communication skills
• Desire to progress and improve skill set
• Hard working with the ability to complete tasks under pressure & to strict deadlines

Essential Criteria

• Experience in Aerospace manufacturing
• Experience using and/or mixing resins
• Experience using hand and automated assembly tools
