Salary- £60k basic plus UNCAPPED COMMISSION first year REALISTIC OTE- £80K, fully expensed company car, 8% pension, private medical, private dental, 25 days holiday, death in service x3,

Position: Business Development Manager Location: Multiple roles available - North West, Midlands, Kent or South Coast

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect potential M&E contractors to establish new business relationships.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs and requirements of M&E contractors.
  4. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  5. Cultivate and nurture long-term partnerships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  6. Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities while ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  8. Track sales performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports to provide insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


  • In-depth understanding of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contracting processes, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
