Office location: Haydock

To £27K+ Pension (6% Er 2% Ee)

Hol 25day +BH

36.5 a week (8.30-4.30 Monday-Thursday, 8-3.30 on a Friday).

High specification product manufacturer seeks dynamic and astute Customer Service Advisor, to provide a seamless customer experience.

The role and responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Answering customer queries
  • Making sure your customers orders are planned into production
  • Managing client expectations
  • Checking product availability for clients
  • Providing progress updates
