Customer Service Coordinator

£24,000 per annum


An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to come and join a highly successful manufacturing business at their site in Bootle.

My client is a global leader in the food industry and can offer a long, successful career for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Receiving and processing orders from customers
  • Logging orders onto the company system and planners
  • Liaising with hauliers for booking times for collections of the customer orders
  • Managing dispatch notes before they go to the finance department
  • Administration of customer invoice queries , haulier price queries on the purchase orders
  • Dealing with general queries from customers
  • Arranging paperwork for the customs agents
  • Updating customer and supplier information
  • Assisting with month end reporting

Key Requirements of Customer Service Coordinator:

  • B2B experience
  • Experience with sage
  • Strong Excel skills- Vlook ups/ Pivot tables
  • MS literate
