Finance Manager (Temp)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving manufacturing business at their brand new, state of the art facility in Bromborough and provides an exciting time to join the team.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, typical responsibilities as Temporary Finance Manager will be to: -

* Ensure the reliability, accuracy and completeness of the site's financial information.
* Develop and maintain an effective system of internal control for safeguarding company's assets.
* Manage the local audit process.
* Ensure quality and reliability of plans, budgets and forecasts.
* Ensure the quality of finance analysis and the tracking of action plans.
* Develop customer profitability analysis to support the decision-making process.
* Drive the costing activities (prepare the price quotations, cost analysis, etc.).
* Ensure that risks and opportunities are presented in an actionable manner to other departments.

The successful candidate will: -

* Have experience of accounting/finance gained in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience of manual and automated accounting systems
* Ideally have start-up experience.
* Have the ability work with a remote team.
* Hold an accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA)

A salary to £75,000 - Pro rata
