Group Financial Controller

This globally recognised brand, who manufacture and distribute creative materials used in education, domestic and commercial sectors, are looking to attract into their team a Group Financial Controller who will support future growth.

The key focus is to provide accurate reporting and management for UK and US financial operations.

Within the role of Group Financial Controller, typical responsibilities will be to: -

• Lead and coordinate all day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Coordinate and prepare budgets and financial forecasts, reporting variances.
• Prepare weekly cashflow forecasts.
• Manage a team of five across two sites.
• Lead month-end and year-end close process.
• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements.
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will: -

• Have experience gained in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
• Will hold a CIMA/ACCA qualification or similar
• Have group consolidation experience
• Enjoy managing and developing a team
