HR Advisor

Part Time & Full Time considered

Due to business growth and increased workload, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to develop the HR Function on-site at this busy manufacturing facility.

The HR Advisor will report in into Senior HRBP and will support line managers managers with advice, guidance and coaching on all HR policies and ER issues.

Key Tasks:

  • Manage employee relations issues to successful conclusion and provide ongoing advice and communication
  • Drive HR processes ensuring optimum performance
  • Manage absence management and time and attendance procedures
  • Update and maintain all relevant employee records and data files
  • Manage recruitment, inductions and leaver processes
  • Support appraisals, performance reviews and disciplinary meetings
  • Develop manager training and provide coaching/support on all employee issues

Requirements:

  • Experience gained in a manufacturing / engineering / industrial environment
  • Experience gained as a HR generalist with knowledge of employee relations, performance management and multi-level employees
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law
  • Able to coach, mentor, influence and advise managers on all HR policies
