As IT Business Support Manager, key responsibilities will be to: -
- Take charge of helpdesk tickets, ensuring swift resolutions, and collaborate with third parties when needed. You'll be the hero our system users can rely on!
- Dive into the intricacies of SYSPRO, PRISM-MIS, and OPSYS, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities for enhancement. Your expertise will be the driving force behind our system's success!
- Be the visionary behind new projects and functionalities within our systems. Your role will involve defining, delivering, and implementing improvements that will shape the future of our business processes.
- Lead small projects, work closely with the IT Business Systems Manager, and contribute to the development of our application roadmap. Your insights will be invaluable in steering our systems toward excellence!
- Create comprehensive manuals and documentation, ensuring the seamless operational and maintenance of ERP software. Your attention to detail will be the cornerstone of our system's reliability.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance reporting and streamline system integrations. Your efforts will ensure our systems operate at peak performance.
The successful candidate will: -
- Have experience in implementing and/or supporting mid-market ERP and other business systems.
- Have IT experience gained within a manufacturing environment.
- Be proficient in SQL, especially with MS SQL Server, relational databases, and reporting tools. Familiarity with common programming tools is a plus.
- Have strong understanding of business processes across functions such as finance, supply chain, and manufacturing in relation to ERP systems.
- Have the ability to analyse complex business requirements, identify system gaps, and propose effective solutions.
- Bring a helpful and positive attitude to our busy environment, contributing to a vibrant workplace.
- Hold a degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in ERP systems are a bonus.
