Logistics Administrator


£19,000 per annum

WFH available after training

Are you an administrator looking for a new challenge? An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious administrator to come and join a global Logistics company on their site in Blackburn.

The main purpose of this role is to coordinate deliveries across all the UK sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing delivery bookings
  • Inputting delivery bookings into the system
  • Confirming bookings of deliveries
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Producing product codes and purchase orders
  • Maintaining internal process documentation

Key Requirements:

  • Previous admin experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent understanding of MS office products

On Offer:

  • A salary of £19,000
  • 5 hours a week
