Maintenance Electrician - Days

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team at a manufacturing company in Irvine.

Our client is a global leader in the packaging industry with revenues of circa $7billion. They invest heavily into their manufacturing facilities around the world and are passionate about sustainability and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Reactive, pro-active and planned maintenance across a wide range of factory equipment
  • Electrical projects; installations, modification, upgrades, panel building
  • Identify improvements to achieve higher quality
  • PLC fault finding
  • Site Services/facilities

Key requirements:

  • Recognised indentured Electrical Engineering OR Multi-Skilled apprenticeship
  • Experience gained in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent fault finding / diagnostic skills
  • Knowledge of PLCs, motors, inverter drives
  • Able to read technical drawings
  • Computer literacy
  • Pro-active and professional approach

Hours:

Mon - Thurs 07.00 - 15.00

Fri - 07.00 - 14.30
