I have a great opportunity for an experienced Ops focused leader to join a business that has had substantial investment into new machinery and modification of equipment.

This role would suit someone who has previously worked in a fast-paced environment, of similar size, strong leadership and with the ability to identify issues and problem solve rapidly.

Requirements:

• A strong Operations leader, with detailed knowledge of Production Operations, Quality & Engineering - ideally from an FMCG environment.
• Experience in driving efficiencies, whilst overseeing the smooth day to day operations of a busy plant.
• Be the inspirational leader that is visible and supportive, helping your team achieve their objectives.
• Excellent communication skills and able to engage with internal and external stake holders.
