Production Scheduler / Customer Account Manager

(Aerospace Industry)

4 Day Week - 07:15 - 17:00 (Mon-Thurs)

A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly organised individual to join a Lancashire based aerospace company as a Scheduler/Customer Account Manager.

Acting as primary customer interface to the business, you will be responsible for planning and program scheduling ensuring customer demand is met on time and in full.

Key Tasks:

• Provide clear and timely communication to the customer regarding product delivery
• Own customer demand profile and monthly/yearly sales plans
• Develop and manage customer rate/recovery plans
• Control contract review process
• Work closely with Production and Planning teams to check status of materials and production schedule
• Effectively manage any delays or issues that are likely to impact on OTIF targets
• Participate in pre-production review meetings
• Update and maintain ERP system (Epicor)

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer facing role
• Experience of scheduling/account management in a manufacturing/engineering environment
• Knowledge and experience of an ERP/MRP system and Excel
• Excellent organisational / time management skills
• Able to challenge and influence people at all levels
• Able to work well under pressure and manage difficult situations in a professional manner
• Motivated and self-driven
