Are you an experienced manufacturing Quality professional looking to embark on a new challenge?

Are you previously a process engineer with expertise in injection moulding process who is looking to progress?

Do you possess the skills and experience to be successful developing process and structure in an injection moulding environment?

My client, an exceptionally forward-thinking organisation, is looking to further corner the UK market in their sector. This low-risk environment comes with a unique set of challenges and will offer a Quality/Process professional the opportunity to embark upon a progressive opportunity.

Responsibilities are as follows:

• Working to reduce complaint and NCRs for high reliabilty customers in injection moulding process.
• Provide quality system and control support to the business in compliance to UK legislation, HSE guidelines and Company requirements.
• Work collaboratively with all departments across 2 UK sites to ensure Quality compliance and the delivery of long-term strategic goals and objectives.
• Effectively address Quality incidents, non-conformances, and risks completing assessments and investigations were necessary.
• Embed safe work policies, procedures, and practices.
• Implementing new policies, procedures, and standards to ensure continous improvment across all process on site, specifically injection moulding.
• Hosting audit organisations to ensure companywide compliance in line with ISO9001.

The right candidate:

• Must have lots of exposure to manufacturing and injection moulding processes in a quality or process capacity - this is an essencial requirment
• Must be able to display the ability to work under pressure, to tight time scales, in a challenging manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to evidence previous success in a similar position.
