We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultants that has a flair for Client facing activities, those that get a real "buzz" out of new business development. You will focus on the buoyant UK industry of manufacturing, including pharmaceutical, FMCG, electronics, chemical, defence and more. You will have the freedom of generating maximum vacancy volumes across all departments and functions including Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Quality, Technical, Design, IT, Finance, HR and much more. You will have a panel of highly experienced team of Service Delivery focused Consultants, each specialising in a specific range of disciplines, delivering for you on every vacancy you secure.

90% of our assignments are retained, lots of outsourced recruitment partnerships, we have divisions spanning all skill levels within your customer base allowing you to offer end to end support, an international customer base, and a high performing team of up to 22 years' service.

The Job:

  • Represent our business and our two decades of success.
  • Focus on industry sectors that are now back to 2019, pre-Covid levels of vacancy activity
  • Manage your own time, activity and benefit from guidance and support to get your business pipeline up to speed.
  • Be measured on two simple factors, vacancy pipeline growth and revenue generation - not granular/micro activities.
  • Use your Linked-In Recruiter corporate licence to effortlessly manage a network of millions and raise your profile.
  • Use your Bullhorn Cloud CRM license to tap into 20 years' worth of Client activity and efficiently plan your work.
  • Use your Office 365 and company laptop to remotely access company systems and communicate with your colleagues via MS Teams.
  • Use your Plantronics telephony and remote VOIP calling software to effortlessly make calls from anywhere.
  • Partner closely with our markets most established, longest serving, and well-respected Service Delivery focused Recruitment Consultants to fill all your vacancies - longest serving is 20 years.
  • Work with Marketing to produce attractive, content rich vacancy information packs to attract the very best talent to your vacancies.
  • Work with Marketing to produce the very best sales information to increase sales effectiveness.
  • Spend your time speaking to new and existing customers, building, and strengthening relationships, exploring their requirements and securing new vacancy projects.
  • Coordinate new vacancy activities between the Customer and our Service Delivery team, facilitating the required meetings, video calls, documentation, and guide conversations to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Attend daily companywide video calls to review service delivery and sales pipeline.
  • Manage your clients, develop relationships, upselling and cross selling accordingly.
  • Agree terms of business & assignment delivery plans.
  • Produce a detailed specification covering all aspects of your client and their requirements.
  • Build and maintain a level of knowledge in Manufacturing, Engineering and Logistics sectors.
  • Researching potential clients to establish the best new business approach.

The Person:

  • Can demonstrate knowledge of good quality recruitment processes.
  • Has a flair for generating new business and wants to reach an advanced level of competence in this arena.
  • Experience in supplying any industry.
  • Smart, well presented, professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident and ambitious, keen to grow your own skill base.
