We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Reliability Engineer to join the team at global food manufacturing company in Liverpool.

Key responsibilities:

• Improve plant reliability and ensure assets continue to perform as required by implementing predictive maintenance techniques

• Identifying failures and analysis

• Develop and implement asset improvement plans to improve OEE by reducing unplanned downtime

• Oversee the development of detailed maintenance plans and scopes for improvement projects and overhauls

• Act as engineering representative for capital projects

• Ensure all engineering documentation is continuously updated and available for review

• highlight areas of improvement, standardise operations and provide training to increase operator awareness and knowledge.

• Responsible for FMECA development using a continuous improvement methodology

Key requirements:

• Engineering qualification

• Experience gained in a reliability engineering / asset care position

• Excellent communication skills

• An understanding of predictive maintenance techniques
