As we continue to expand, we're seeking a qualified and motivated individual with an RTITB Trainer qualification to join us on a developmental journey to become our next Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Training Coordinator.

As an RTITB Trainer within our organisation, you will be responsible for:

1. Delivering high-quality training programs to our team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Conducting assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
3. Collaborating with department heads to identify specific training needs and develop tailored programs accordingly.
4. Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, certifications, and participant progress.
