Sales Engineer

Tier 1 & Tier 2 Automotive OEMs

Up to £60k basic salary, company car and bonus, pension, generous holiday allowance

Territory : Europe and UK

Living location within an hours radius of Telford

Job Description:

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in growing our business within Tier 1 and Tier 2 Automotive OEMs. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing key relationships with decision-makers at these organizations. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in presenting and articulating the value of our products and services, ultimately closing deals and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target Tier 1 and Tier 2 Automotive OEMs and Motor sport as potential clients.
  • Manage and develop existing client relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering teams, procurement managers, and executives.
  • Understand the technical requirements and challenges of prospective clients and tailor our solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to provide effective product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business.


  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the automotive industry, particularly with Tier 1 and Tier 2 OEMs or into mortorsport OEM's
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
