Senior Electrical Controls Engineer
up to £50,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer to join the team at a global manuafacturer based in South Yorkshire.
As Senior Electrical Controls Engineer your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out effective fault finding and occasional modification of industrial control systems in a fast moving, continuous process environment
- Ensuring plant downtime is kept to a minimum to ensure the cost-effective running of the plant
- Working closely with electrical engineers to assit breakdowns and understand key issues, communicate technical issues and plan engineering work
- Project & Installations (design & install new upgrades on PLC control systems)
Requirements for the Senior Electrical Controls Engineer role:
- Time Served Electrical Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer (min HNC)
- Strong technical knowledge of PLC's, Drives, Networks & Mechanics
- Experience of (Allen Bradley)
- A very good understanding of all control systems covered within Plant Engineering.
- Experience managing small projects to completion.
- People management skills.
- Data driven and results focused
- Experience of working in a high pressure, fast moving, continuous environment.
- Pro-active mind-set
- Good knowledge of H&S procedures
