Supply Chain Coordinator

Birmingham

Up to £38,000

I'm currently recruiting for a customer facing Supply Chain Coordinator to join an excellent business which specialises in sustainable packaging solutions. My client has partnered up with one of the biggest UK/EU food customers and need a supply chain specialist to join their Strategic Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all customer queries
  • Liaise with production sites
  • Ensure correct stocking principles
  • Ensure requirements are met in line with OTIF (On Time In Full) targets
  • Analyse forecast data
  • Work closely with planners and schedulers
  • Reduce emergency or extra delivery requirements
  • Analyse customer data to establish trends and identify new opportunities
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders

Key Requirements:

  • Experienced with data analysis
  • Experience with manufacturing, FMCG or packaging
  • Project management experience
  • Supply chain experience
  • Strong communication skills
