Due to a recent re-structure to contribute to overall business success, we are recruiting three highly motivated and experienced Value Stream Operations Managers / Production Managers to join the business and manage end-to-end operations within a dedicated value stream.

Responsibilities:

• Full operations management responsibility within a dedicated value stream ensuring all products are manufactured in line with SQCDP KPI's

• Provide strong leadership and motivate the team of printers, operators and quality control technicians to make the value stream successful

• Implement and develop robust SOP's and lean principles practices to drive efficiencies and reduce waste

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement to deliver high quality products within the value stream

• Ensure all products meet customer standards and expectations and adapt to changes in demand and developments

• Manage change and implement new processes, workflows and technologies

• Manage project plans, budgets and resources within the value stream

• Analyse data and make decisions to optimise profitability and productivity

• Make effective decisions, navigate challenges and lead your team to success

Qualifications and Experience:

• HND/Degree in a relevant manufacturing, engineering, project management or similar discipline

• Proven experience of Production Management in a manufacturing environment, min 3 years

• Experience gained in a printing, paper or similar fmcg environment - advantageous

• Strong knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies

• Experience of change management

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Results orientated with a focus on achieving operational excellence
