Are you a skilled engineer looking for a secure role in a booming industry?

We are seeking an experienced Site-based Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the installation, service, and repair of 5-axis machine tools. This position demands a skilled professional who can confidently diagnose and correct errors on 5-axis CNC Milling Machine tools, as well as assemble, set-up, and dismantle hydraulic, pneumatic, and large mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required PPM tasks.
• Conduct installation, service, and repair of 5-axis machine tools.
• Perform fault-finding, diagnose issues, and implement corrective measures on CNC milling machines.
• Interrogation of PLC programs using Siemens S7.
• Work independently, demonstrating strong initiative, and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ideally, a time-served engineer with relevant qualifications.
• Proficient in independently resolving issues with 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Conversant with Siemens 840D CNC control systems.
