About the Role:
We are working with a well-established and stable engineering company in Brierley Hill who are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting a busy office, managing key administrative functions, and working closely with a strong team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the office environment is organised, efficient, and professional.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available and ordered in a timely manner.
  • Set up meeting rooms and ensure they are equipped with the necessary technology, materials, and refreshments.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, handling logistics, scheduling, and communication with attendees.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute accurate meeting minutes to the relevant parties.
  • Organize and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation for staff.
  • Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure all information is current and accurate.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and employees, preparing documents and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with organising company events, celebrations, and team-building activities.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail, especially in note-taking, scheduling, and organising office supplies.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
