Engineering Projects Manager

At our well-established manufacturing facility, we're pushing the boundaries of engineering and product development. As Engineering Manager, you'll be at the heart of our new product introductions, leading a skilled team of engineers to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge solutions. This role is perfect for a visionary leader with a strong technical background and a passion for driving projects from concept to completion.

As Engineering Projects Manager, typical responsibilities will be to: -

* Mentor and inspire a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
* Ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and performance.
* Oversee multiple new product introductions, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
* Work closely with sales, operations, and external partners to align engineering goals with business objectives.
* Implement best practices in engineering processes, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will: -

* Have project management experience, gained within an engineering biased environment.
* Have product development & engineering leadership, gained in manufacturing.
* Have multi-disciplinary engineering, programme governance, and NPD process experience.
* Have a strong technical background in mechanical/mechatronics, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Be a strategic leader with a passion for mentoring, process adoption, and delivering results.

* A salary to £70,000
