Are you an experienced RF or Microwave Design Engineer ready to shape next-generation technologies? Join a world-class engineering team in Lincoln, designing cutting-edge RF systems and components for applications across defence, communications and aerospace.

In this role, you will design advanced RF circuits and systems - from amplifiers and transceivers to complete assemblies operating up to 40 GHz. You will work on projects that truly matter, helping create solutions that make the world safer, more secure and better connected.

Key Tasks:

• Design and development of custom RF circuits, systems and multi-function assemblies

• Provide technical leadership from concept to production, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and manage project delivery.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies into the company's RF roadmap.
• Support customer engagement with your technical insight and product expertise.

Requirements:

• 10 years'+ experience in RF or microwave design ( up to 40GHz) in defence, aerospace or communications.
• Strong knowledge of RF/microwave components and systems including, converters, transceivers, frequency measurement systems, amplifiers, synthesizers
• Experience with simulation design tools; CST, HFSS or microwave design tools; AWR, ADS
• A collaborative engineer with excellent communication skills
• Must be security clearable up to SC-level
