Wardle, Nantwich | £34,009 (rising to £37,011 after 6 months)
Alternating shifts: 6am-2pm (Mon-Fri) / 2pm-10pm (Mon-Thu)

What You'll Do:
* Lead, motivate, and develop your shift team to achieve high levels of performance and engagement
* Ensure compliance with regulated manufacturing standards, food safety, and site procedures
* Oversee production output, efficiency, and time management to meet targets and customer requirements
* Drive efficiency, improvements, health & safety awareness, and maintain a safe and positive workplace for your team
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing ideas and making an impact

What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (food, pharma, medical devices, or similar)
* Proven leadership ability-coaching and motivating teams to success
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Solid understanding of workplace health & safety practices
* Knowledge of BRC standards is a bonus, but not essential (full training provided)
