What You'll Do

  • Make targeted B2B sales calls to industrial and engineering businesses (warm and cold).
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand their technical requirements and workforce needs.
  • Manage your sales pipeline using a modern CRM system, tracking activity and progress.
  • Deliver a consultative sales process - identifying challenges, presenting solutions, and influencing outcomes.
  • Visit clients on-site to deepen relationships and understand their operations first-hand.
  • Work closely with colleagues to match top engineering, technical or industrial talent to your clients' requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly activity and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

  • A graduate (any discipline considered) with experience in B2B telesales, outbound calling or a call-centre environment.
  • Someone resilient, target-driven and motivated by performance and progression.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys phone-based engagement.
  • Naturally curious - someone who likes understanding how things work and asking the right questions.
  • A relationship-builder who wants to move beyond transactional sales into something more strategic.
  • Organised, structured and comfortable working with CRM systems.
  • A team player with a professional approach and appetite to learn.
