The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help strengthen existing partnerships and expand our client base. This is a consultative, relationship‑focused role where you will:

• Identify and win new business opportunities
• Build long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers
• Work closely with our recruitment consultants to deliver tailored solutions
• Support growth across manufacturing, engineering, defence, FMCG, and other stable markets

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident, articulate, and commercially aware
• Skilled at building rapport and trust
• Motivated by long‑term relationship development
• Professional, proactive, and credible with clients

Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential - we value attitude and commercial instinct above all.
