We are looking for a talented engineer with 2+ years' industry experience to join a dynamic Test & Qualification team, where innovation, precision and safety excellence come together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test and qualification plans to verify product performance.
• Conduct both theoretical analysis and hands-on testing activities.
• Interpret technical requirements and manage system verification documentation.
• Analyse test results, produce technical reports, and support design improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements within engineering practices.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and to specification.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or related discipline).

• 2-5 years' experience in and engineering/industrial environment.

• Experience of product testing, qualification or systems verification - advantageous.

• Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and engineering analysis.

• Skilled in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).

• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for continuous improvement and a safety-first mindset.
