_{We are seeking an experienced Materials Manager to lead plant-level materials, warehouse, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery while balancing cost, cash, and service.}

_{Key responsibilities as Materials Manager will be to: -}

• _{Lead plant materials operations including inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse management, and NPI supply chain activities}
• _{Provide leadership to demand and supply planning.}
• _{Drive adherence to global supply chain processes (SIOP, PIPO, NPI) and operational excellence standards}
• _{Ensure on-time delivery performance and achievement of key Supply Chain and Warehouse KPIs}
• _{Act as Supply Chain representative in plant meetings, driving MOS actions and continuous improvement}
• _{Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Finance and Planning teams}
• _{Ensure compliance with company standards.}
• _{Lead, develop and retain a high-performing plant materials team}

_{The successful candidate}

• _{Experienced in materials, supply chain or warehouse management, gained in manufacturing.}
• _{Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills}
• _{Experience with ERP systems (SAP, WMS) and advanced MS Office}
