 Seeking  an Internal Sales Manager with Exceptional Man Management Skills to join a leading Aerospace manufacturer!

Are you a dynamic leader with a knack for fostering strong client relationships? Do you excel at navigating complex projects and leading teams to success? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Sales Manager.

As a Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our client interactions, serving as the primary point of contact for our key accounts. Your mission? To cultivate and strengthen these relationships while driving business growth and exceeding customer expectations.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, building and nurturing long-lasting partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Executives, motivate, and mentor a team of support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify  new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
