CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER

We have the ideal role for you!
We are now looking for an experienced Manager with a specialism for root cause analysis, and solution based Continuous Improvement, to join their site in Lancashire.
The role:
- Managing activity of a team of specialists, to plan and install improvement initiatives in line with business strategy
- In-depth analysis and creation of CI project areas
- Working with Engineering, Production, Quality, Health and Safety and other management teams to drive a culture of Continuous Improvement
- Budget and expenditure responsibility for your team
- Team and individual development, developing KPI and appraisal systems, ongoing training
- Provide weekly, monthly, and annual performance summaries and plans for future projects
Key requirements:
- Degree qualified in a relevant scientific/engineering discipline
- Formal qualifications in CI and business improvement techniques
- Production, Engineering or Quality background in an FMCG/Food/Beverage/Pharmaceutical environment
- Demonstrable experience in Quality based improvements
- Excellent communication, computer and presentation skills
