EC&I Maintenance Engineer

x3 (12hr) Day Shifts

To £46000 + Bonus (15%) + much more

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced EC&I Engineer to join a global chemical manufacturing company who produce specialist metals for a wide range of industries.

The Shift EC&I Engineer will be responsible for reactive and planned maintenance of equipment in a chemical process plant.

The role:

  • Provide Electrical, Control Systems, Instrumenation & Automation support across site
  • Reactive and preventative maintenance
  • Calibration of instrumentation
  • PLC fault finding/interrogation
  • Updating CMMS system
  • Providing engineering support on maintenance projects

The person:

  • Time served Electrical Engineering qualification
  • 17th/18th Edition
  • Experience of maintaining industrial equipment in a Chemical or similar high hazard process plant
  • Excellent fault finding/diagnostic skills
  • Experience of instrument calibration
  • PLC fault finding experience; Allen Bradley/Siemens
  • Team player
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Self motivated

Shift: Week 1 (Mon, Tues, Wed)

Week 2 (Thurs, Fri, Sat)
