Engineering Team Leader

A new opportunity has come up for an Engineering Team Leader (Electrical Bias) to join the team at a successful, automotive manufacturing company in North Wales.

Key responsibilities:

• Day to day supervision of maintenance engineers ensuring the delivery of operational and plant objectives

• Site lead for CMMS

• Plan all engineering tasks, corrective work orders and PM's

• Ensure plant maintains OEE performance

• Manage/improve department KPI's

• Support CI and launch activities

• Ensure all HSE procedures are adhered to

• Manage contractors

• Support Capex projects

• Provide hands on electrical maintenance support when required

Key requirements:

• Time served Electrical/Multi-Skilled Engineer (HNC/HND)

• Experience of leading a maintenance team in a continuous process manufacturing environment

• Strong technical knowledge

• Strong motivator - creates morale and spirit within team

• Action orientated

• Improvement mind-set

• Strong PC skills; Pereto, Pivot tables

• Knowledge of ISO140001 / 450001 - advantageous
