Location: Nationwide (Most clients based in the Midlands and North West).

We have a fantastic opportunity with a home/field based role working for a global manufacturer of Capital Equipment Machinery.
You will visit a wide array of FMCG/Packaging manufacturers and no two days will ever be the same again.
Our client is a well-known Capital Equipment manufacturer and service global leaders within the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities of a Field Service Engineer are:
To service our client's extensive clientele database.
You will cover specified regions with UK, Ireland and Scandinavia.
You will help clients with machine installation, TPM, root cause analysis, training, breakdowns and account management.
Ordering parts necessary to perform installations and repair
Troubleshoot problems and proactively recommend the necessary service and maintenance programs.
Requirements of a Field Service Engineer are:
Strong electrical background (Will accept Mechanical applications too)
Familiarity of Frequency Drives & PLC's
Engineering Qualification (Higher National Certificate or Diploma or local country equivalent)
Customer Service Orientation
Problem Solving Nature
Flexibility and Adaptability
Ability to Communicate Effectively
Time and Priority Management
Attention to detail
Use of Laptop
Positive Work Ethic/Professional Attitude
What they offer:
Salary will be circa £32,000 depending on experience (could be more) - Earning over £40k with overtime is easily achievable.
Pension begins at 4% employee and employer
Private medical insurance
Credit card and fuel card
Loyalty bonus depending on length of service
Annual bonus of around £750.
Overtime is paid over 40 hours per week at the rate of 1.5.
A premium is paid for working Saturday and Sunday
