We are looking for an Interim HR Assistant (12-month assignment) to support the HR Advisor in a growing manufacturing business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is already a HR Assistant and keen for development, as good training will be offered
4 days out of 5 (Mon to Fri)
Predominantly remote working
- Conduct relevant investigations for disciplinary and grievances
- Prepare and issue offer packages
- General day to day administartion
- Updating records in relation to sickness and absence
- Preparation of induction programmes for new starters
- Assist in the recruitment
- Day to day queries and adhoc requests
- Have carried out a role with similar responsibilities previously
- Administration experience
- Friendly and open approach to their working environment
- CIPD full or part qualified would be desirable
- Have worked within a manufacturing environment previously is desirable
