We have a fantastic opportunity to come and join a leading business who is looking for an all-round proven capable HR professional to join the company as they embark on a major change programme.
Within the role of HR Manager typical responsibilities will be to: -
- Deliver a professional HR service to designated contracts and support functions.
- Support the HR Director and a team of HR Business Partners to drive organisational change.
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are communicated appropriately.
- Ensure that the company responds to changes in employment legislation.
- Support TUPE.
- Support COVID response.
The successful HR Manager must be experienced working within a unionised environment and be experienced managing redundancy and change of contracts programmes.
Candidates must also have their own car and a current driving licence.
