Internal Sales Administrator
£20,000 + Benefits
A superb opportunity for an Internal Sales Administrator/Negotiator to join the team at a global manufacturing company in North Yorkshire.
Our client is a well-known supplier of products used in the construction industry and are now recruiting an additional team member to provide support to the Technical Sales Team.
- Dealing with technical queries from customers via phone and email
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Preparation and follow up of detailed quotations
- Negotiation and securing of orders
- Processing orders on to the system
- Work closely with Area Sales team to optimise sales opportunities
- Project tracking and follow up
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Computer literate
- High attention to detail
- Well organised and able to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Competent in Maths
- Ability to quickly develop product and market knowledge
