Our client, a globally renowned manufacturer, are looking for a Machine Shop Supervisor to join their busy team in Lancashire.
The role of the Machine Shop Supervisor will involve, supporting and leading a team of engineers and driving performance across the department.
On offer is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career managing a team of engineers whilst also showcasing your own skill set with a variety of technical and challenging hands on work.
The Role:
- Oversee production and operations across the workshop.
- Managing a small team of engineering staff.
- Hands on role CNC work (milling & turning).
The Person:
- Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing background.
- Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing qualification.
- Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- CNC programming setting and operating (Milling/Turning) experience.
