PRODUCTION OPERATIVES - CHEMICAL

WIDNES, CHESHIRE

£21,600 SALARY + OVERTIME + HEALTHCARE + BONUS + PENSION

Following year on year growth and site expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for THREE Production Operatives to join a leading chemical manufacturer based at their site in Widnes, Cheshire.

Working as part of a close knit team you will be responsible for the safe operation of production machinery on a new product line.

The roles:

  • Operating equipment including mixing, extrusion, wrapping processes
  • Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to, reporting any incidents to the relevant manager
  • Driving FLT's
  • Following SOP's, reporting equipment failure, proactively working with engineering teams

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in an Operative role in a Chemical/Food/Pharmaceutical environment
  • Knowledge of H&S regulations
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Great team player
