Generous Salary and Package

Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:00 (Early Finish Fridays)

My client one of the most successful Electronic Manufacturers, are looking to recruit a knowledgeable and experienced Test Technician to start with them as soon as possible, in their large scale modern facility.

This site offers multiple products each tailored specifically on their specified production lines from prototype, through to volume manufacture.

The Role

  • Fault finding with electronic circuits.
  • Reading and using schematic diagrams.
  • Setting up test equipment. Test jigs for in circuit and full functional testing.
  • Following Test procedures and recording results as directed.
  • Suggest improvements In the testing of items to speed up test process.
  • To follow working procedures defined in use within the test department.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Educated to minimum HNC or HND in Electronics or similar discipline.
  • Experience in RF testing is crucial.
  • Experience in faultfinding on a component level is a must.
  • Electronics background is beneficial though not essential.
  • Experience using computer driven testing systems.
  • Competent in the setting up and use of oscilloscopes
