My client is a global leader in providing specialist industrial services to the Aerospace & Automotive sectors. With over 250 sites globally and 7000 employees, they are dominating their industry market share and continue to grow organically at a tremendous rate.
Due to a company restructure they now look to recruit a Vice President of Human Resources for Europe. Reporting directly to the CHRO you will lead a team of HR Business partners across Europe and support the CHRO with the development and implementation of new HR processes.
As Vice President of Human Resources for Europe, you will be adept in the full scope of HR topics at international level including policies and law and have attended and presented at shareholder meetings with a global organisation.
The ideal candidate should be educated to degree level in HR or a related subject and have at least 10 years HR experience in a manufacturing or engineering related company with a minimum of 4 years senior management exposure. Working with HRIS is a high advantage as is project management of the implementation of policies.
You must be fluent in English and German and be able to travel extensively around Europe.
