Initially established as regional business, it was built on delivering complex recruitment projects to a small number of high profile, multinational Automotive manufacturing clients in the North West.
Our business model and processes naturally adopted lean and continuous improvement methodologies in line with our customer's own.
Our mission was to be a true consultancy, one that had unrivalled knowledge and experience within the manufacturing sector. We wanted a select portfolio of prestigious, reputable clients and to achieve this we had to reflect our clients own structure.
