Our client, a well-established and highly respected manufacturer, is entering an exciting new chapter. Following the retirement of a long-standing Quality Manager after 15 years of dedicated service and progression within the business, they are now seeking a new leader to bring clarity, energy, and structure to their quality function.

This isn't just about maintaining standards; it's about setting them. You'll have the opportunity to assess, rebuild where needed, and drive continuous improvement across the board. What You'll Do

• Lead and enhance the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, embedding consistency and rigour across the operation
• Take ownership of quality systems, compliance, and improvement initiatives
• Conduct internal audits and site inspections, ensuring standards are met and exceeded
• Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement across departments
• Investigate non-conformities and incidents, ensuring robust root cause analysis and corrective action
• Coach, develop and engage your team while collaborating cross-functionally to raise standards
• Bring fresh eyes and structured thinking to a function ready for its next evolution

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience leading quality systems within a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and wider regulatory standards
• Strong understanding of audit processes and compliance obligations
• A hands-on, methodical approach with the confidence to influence at all levels
• Natural leadership qualities - you know how to guide, mentor, and motivate
• A drive to bring structure, clarity, and continuous improvement to everything you do
