Mechanical Design Engineer - (Future Technical Lead)

Key Tasks:

• Work on the full product lifecycle-from New Product Introduction (NPI) to in-service support across high-impact aerospace programs

• Design hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems used in leading aerospace platforms

• Translate complex customer specifications into innovative, manufacturable solutions

• Collaborate across teams to develop test equipment and ensure design excellence

• Drive verification & validation (V&V) and present solutions to clients and stakeholders

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to shaping the engineering culture and best practices

Your Profile

• BEng/BSc in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience)

• Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in aerospace, or with gears, hydraulics, or electro-mechanical components

• Proficient in CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar), with solid understanding of:
• Design for manufacture & mechanical design principles
• Reliability, safety, GD&T, DFMEA, and aerospace quality standards

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Eager to develop into a leadership/mentorship role
